What We Do
The SLPəlliance by əLiveNow platform facilitates direct contracting between Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and school districts, eliminating the need for intermediaries. Subscribed SLPs can access a list of school districts with open positions, while subscribing districts can review available SLPs that match their requirements.
SLPəlliance provides Speech-Language Pathologists the means to find the jobs they want, without going through a contractor or recruiting agency. We also allow school districts to have the ability to filter and search a listing of available SLPs to find the right person that fits their needs!

About Adrienne
Adrienne started her career as an SLP in schools before transitioning to telepractice in 2008. After working as a manager of a speech therapy department for several years and going back to school to obtain an MBA, Adrienne started Online Speech Services LLC. In her business, Adrienne works directly with clients, creates intervention materials, presents webinars, develops online courses, and maintains a telepractice blog, Telepractice Tools.
In addition to being an entrepreneur, Adrienne is also an Adjunct Instructor at Montclair State University where she teaches business courses in management and entrepreneurship. She is the co-author of The SLP Entrepreneur: The Speech-Language Pathologist’s Guide to Private Practice and Other Business Ventures. Adrienne has trained thousands of SLPs in effective online assessment and treatment approaches and regularly presents to national and international audiences on topics related telepractice and business development.

About Our Partnership
Adrienne and Melissa have worked together on numerous telepractice projects over the past 10 years, including assisting Pearson Assessments in gathering early data regarding the use of online tests. In 2020, we co-founded Telepractice U to teach SLPs how to start their own businesses and contract directly with school districts. We recently decided to partner on the SLPəlliance by əLiveNow to serve the SLP community, to encourage our colleagues to step outside of their comfort zone, with support, and to reach their financial and personal goals.
Why We Developed the əlliance
Both Adrienne and Melissa are passionate entrepreneurs who enjoy helping others achieve their professional and personal goals. While working with SLP business owner over the years, one of the trends we’ve noticed is that many SLPs have difficulty selling their services. We started SLPəlliance by əLiveNow to make it easier for SLPs to obtain their own school contracts and manage their business through our practice management tool.
